Bird and Wildlife Viewing at Myakka River State Park

The Park provides interpreters as well as telescopes, field guides, and knowledge for visitors interested in viewing birds and wildlife. Interpreters are available from 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For more information call 361-6511. Myakka River State Park is located 9 miles east of Interstate 75 on State Road 72. Admission is $5.00 per vehicle.
