What to do with Warm Mineral Springs

NORTH PORT - City leaders will hear a pitch from former Warm Mineral Springs owner Ed Ullmann on Friday for a public-private partnership that would revitalize the resort taken over by the Cypress Lending Group last month. Ullmann hopes the city will buy 60 acres of the 81-acre springs site and clear the way for long-term development and expansion of the property.
