The American Shore & Beach Preservation Association Call for Presentations

The American Shore & Beach Preservation Association (ASBPA) announces the Call for Presentations for its 2009 national coastal conference at the Tradewinds Island Resort, St. Pete Beach, FL, October 14-16. ASBPA is the nation’s fi rst organization to promote science-based policies for the protection of beaches and shores. The theme of the conference is Integrating Coastal Science and Policy. Presentations are invited on topics related to the ASBPA missions. Preference will be given to presentations that fit within one of the three conference tracks. Submissions may be oral PowerPoint presentations, posters, or panels. One page abstracts are due May 8, 2009.
