Public workshops scheduled on Regional Water Supply Plan

The Southwest Florida Water Management District is inviting the public to comment on the draft of an updated Regional Water Supply Plan that assesses projected water demands and identifies potential sources of water to meet those demands through the year 2030.
The District is eager to receive comments from the public on the content of the plan, so a significant effort is under way to ensure all affected parties have the opportunity to provide input during the plan update process. As part of the review process, four public workshops are scheduled, one for each region.
