I Heart Estuaries Campaign

The I Heart Estuaries campaign is a movement to show Congress and the Administration that people love and care about the estuaries. The campaign is to encourage Congress to provide funding for the estuaries. The NERRs program is celebrating this Valentine's holiday with a 3 day I Heart Estuaries campaign that asks people to tweet, send a letter, or send emails to senators/congressmen expressing their feelings towards the estuaries.
