Consideration of a Stormwater Environmental Utility Ordinance and Rate Update by the County Commission is scheduled for July 13, 2022 at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Sarasota County Administration Center, Commission Chamber, 1660 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, FL. The Board will be considering revisions to the ordinance which defines the structure and intent of the Stormwater Environmental Utility as well as a revised initial rate resolution which defines the methodology for stormwater assessments.
