To help the City of North port identify the areas of the community most impacted by Hurricane Ian, residents are being asked to self-report structure damage to buildings of all types. The information from this short three-question survey will help the City get a more accurate understanding of the location, scope, and scale of damages within the North Port community and will be used for planning purposes as the community transitions from response to recovery.
